This tool will allow one of our technicians to remotely connect to your computer and hopefully resolve the reported issue.
You will be able to observe all the actions taken on your computer during the whole session and you can choose to terminate the session at any time. During this session you will also have access to an Instant Message tool that will allow you to communicate with the technician.
Automatic installation could not run. If Internet Explorer tells you - in an information bar at the top of this window - that the Technician Console add-on is. See below a list of available downloadable files for LogMeIn Rescue. The list includes different versions of Technician Console installers as well as useful resource files. The first time a technician logs on at the LogMeIn Rescue website from a particular PC, a small software client is offered for download and installation. A Technician Console client MSI installer is also available in case the automatic download and install does not succeed. LogMeIn Rescue is one of the best choices in this field, as it comes with a user-friendly technician console, various connection methods, and support for mobile devices.

Step 1: Getting Started
Connect to LogMeIn Rescue by clicking on the following link:
When the connect page appears, enter your 6-digit pin code number provided by our support team and click “Start Download” to download the LogMeIn Rescue Applet.

Step 2: Downloading LogMeIn Rescue Applet
If you see a security warning, select “Continue” to start downloading.
Select “Open” to install the LogMeIn Rescue Applet.
Step 3: Connecting to a Technician
Once the applet is running, wait for the technician to activate your session.
You may be asked to give the technician permission to perform certain actions. Click OK to grant permissions.
